Congratulations to Jessica Bibb, teacher at E.C. GlassCongratulations to Jessica Bibb, teacher at E.C. Glass and a National Board of Professional Teachers Standards (NBPTS) candidate for 2009-2010. She was notified that she passed Take One. This is the option to complete one section of the National Board portfolio as a way of getting familiar with this extensive process. This is great news and a good indicator that she will qualify as a National Board Certified Teach (NBCT) when she completes the process in June.
The E.C. Glass Foundation has been an active supporter of teachers desiring to obtain their certification by supplementing the expense and providing a stipend for mentoring support for the candidates. |
